Pacific Craft Homes offers comprehensive construction management services designed to streamline every phase of the building process. From initial design to project completion, our experienced team oversees all aspects of construction, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless coordination. We work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Our Process

1. Consultation and Development

Let’s meet to get an understanding of your wants and needs. During this time we’ll talk about your ideas, timelines, and budget. Following this meeting, we’ll provide an initial estimate for the project.

2. Design and Engineering

With your ideas and goals in focus, we’ll work with our design collaborators, or by integrating your own designer, to ensure your vision comes to life within your budget.

3. Finalized Pricing

Following the completion of the design, engineering, and material selections, we’ll update the project scope of work and budget with accurate numbers based on the finishes and work required to complete the project.

4. Contract and Deposit

During this time we’ll sign off on the budget and all materials selected and move into the planning and pre-construction process.

5. Pre-Construction

Depending on the project, building permits may be required and should always be factored into the timeline of the project. During the pre-construction process we’ll apply for any permits required, order the finishes and materials, and create our construction schedule.

6. Project Start

Once the approved permits are in hand, we’re ready to go! By this point, any site protection required has been installed and our demolition team is booked to start.
